Behind the name and the collections lies one conviction: an exceptional asset is not an object to be listed, but a place one inhabits, and that inhabits you in return.
The name
FEDIYAR joins two roots from two language families. Fe carries the Romance sense of faith and trust, from the Latin fides. Diyar is the Arabic and Persian word for dwellings, domains, the places one belongs to. The name was chosen for what the pairing implies: trust placed in a domain.
That is not decoration. It sets the editorial line of everything the house does.
The idea: every asset is a domain
Most platforms sort the world by object type. A villa sits in real estate, a yacht in boating, an aircraft in aviation. FEDIYAR starts from a different premise: each of these is a domain, and they differ only by the element they occupy. A property is a terrestrial domain. A yacht is a maritime one. An aircraft is a celestial one. A car is a mobile one. A work of art is a domain of the eye; an object made by hand, a domain of the gesture.
The consequence is practical. A domain cannot be conveyed by a price and a photo gallery. It has to be shown as a place with its own atmosphere, its own use, its own reasons for existing. That is why every asset is paired with film and editorial work rather than treated as an entry to be filled in.
Six collections
FEDIYAR Collections is organised into six families: Estates & Residences, Yachting & Aviation, Automobiles, Stays & Wellness, Art & Collectibles, and Style & Craftsmanship. Each opens onto precise specialities, from prime properties, architecture and high-end renovation to yacht management, crew services, private jets and helicopters, from collector cars and supercars to villas, boutique hotels and wellness retreats, from fine art, design and collector watches to fashion, leather goods, fragrances and exceptional craftsmanship.
Those who serve these domains — brokers, managers, architects, crews, curators, artisans, concierges — belong in the same place as the assets themselves.
Fourteen languages
The platform exists in fourteen languages: English, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch, Turkish, Russian, Arabic, Japanese, Korean, and both simplified and traditional Chinese.
Luxury markets are not anglophone by default. A Gulf buyer, a Japanese collector, a Brazilian owner and a German broker do not read the same page. Translating a presentation is not a technical formality: it is the difference between being understood and being skimmed.
The Studio
Every asset presented on FEDIYAR comes with a cinematic film produced by FEDIYAR Studio.
The principle is cinema, not the guided tour. Each film begins with a short scenario written for the asset: an hour of the day, an arrival, a gesture, a reason to be there. We do not show rooms and volumes; we show someone inhabiting the place, or who might inhabit it. The viewer is not looking at a property, a yacht or an aircraft: they step inside, they picture themselves there. Desire comes from that projection.
The same holds for a service. A crew, an architecture practice, a concierge company cannot be reduced to a list of offerings: they are told through what they make possible, through the moment the client experiences them.
The Studio does not travel. There is no on-site shoot. The film is made remotely, from the material the professional provides: photographs, plans, existing footage. Artificial intelligence is used to set that material in motion and compose the scene.
The rule is simple, and stated plainly: the asset stays faithful, the scene is created. Volumes, materials, views and proportions are those of the real asset, as the supplied material shows them. Everything that carries the story, however, is staging: a figure crossing a room, a table set for dinner, late-afternoon light, a camera move. These elements do not claim to document a moment that took place; they offer the viewer a way to inhabit the place. Each film carries the note « atmosphere film — staged », so that an evocation is never mistaken for a record.
This has practical consequences. No crew aboard a yacht, no film shoot inside a private property, no date to arrange with an owner, no asset taken out of use. For assets whose confidentiality is part of their value, that discretion matters. And the film, available in fourteen languages, is delivered in days rather than weeks.
A film does not live in one place only. Each production is delivered in the formats actual use requires: horizontal for a presentation page or a screening, square for a feed, vertical for stories and short-form — from Instagram and TikTok to YouTube, X and LinkedIn. The same story, reframed and repaced for each medium, so that an asset presented on FEDIYAR can also live on the professional’s own channels.
A professional who wants an on-site shoot, with a crew and a director of photography on location, is looking for a different approach: we discuss those case by case.
If an asset is a domain, it deserves to be inhabited, if only for the length of a film, rather than filled in like a form. The same approach extends to immersive landing pages built for a single asset or a single house, where film, narrative and images form one experience.
The Magazine
The editorial section covers what surrounds these domains: the craft behind them, the calendar of the markets they belong to, the people who work in them. It exists because a collection without context becomes an inventory, and an inventory explains nothing.
How professionals are presented
Each presentation is entrusted to the editorial team, which handles the writing, the translation into fourteen languages and the film. The professional supplies the asset and its material; the rest is taken care of.
